​We work exclusively on the basis of the German Forwarders' Standard Terms and Conditions (ADSp), latest edition, however paragraph 27 of the ADSp does not apply to transportation subject to the Montreal Convention. Limitation of liability for cargo claims (para. 23 of the ADSp): €5/kg gross weight if forwarding activities; 2 SDR/kg gross weight of goods concerned if multimodal transport incl. carriage by sea; however, in all cases of damage, max. €1 million or 2 SDR/kg gross weight for any single claim and max. €2 million or 2 SDR/kg gross weight per damaging event (the largest sum).
